Mechanics
In order to win, the mechanics scouting and allocation is key. Our mechanics go through constant training and technical meetings across the year. This is to ensure the maximum professionalism and expertise of our mechanics, through a meticulous selection and training process. Moreover, the driver-mechanic relationship is fundamental for unlocking confidence in the kid and, a as a consequence, performance. That’s why we prioritize quality over quantity and make sure there’s always a great symbiosis relationship with the driver.
Engines
In an ideal world all engines would be equal, but in the world we live in, even F3 & F2 spec engines haven’t been equal in performance. Some engines will have more bottom but less top speed, while others will have more top speed but less bottom. Some may even be lacking both top and bottom, reason why we discard them or keep them for testing days while preserving the race engines for the races. So, by limiting the n° of drivers, we’re able to provide to each of all our drivers an outstanding race engine as well as a great training engine, thanks to the continous research & development of our partner, GK.
Chassis
Same as with engines, chassis too aren’t all created equal in performance. It’s just the way it is, even by just a tiny bit, there will always be some minor difference between frames and accessories. In fact, even axles, bearing cases or brake systems from any brand will often slight imperfections that will require some meticulous selection. That’s why we’re spending a lot of time and resources to search for the best chassis packages and allocating them. Doing so allows us to arrive to race weekend ready to perform at our best.
